Not allowed :

You are not allowed to put in non-penguin related cartoon ideas. That will give you a warning and if you do it again your out of the forum. I do not want to see anything violent, sexual, racist or ofensive about the penguins in the show or the show. If you do that no warnings your out of the forum. You can't use a tv related to penguins. It may not ban you easily but if you do it more than twice your outa here.

Allowed :

You can put action but no killing in your penguin ideas. You can post graphics/pictures of your charcters (somehow) but they have to be completly what you made (which I'll be able to tell if it's not).

If you want to ask any questions or sugest for things your that or not allowed or allowed then send me a private message to Admin or Adninistrators you know of (if there are any).
